Hi Theresa, thank you so much for sharing your honest feedback about this product! I'd love to help you troubleshoot because we really think this Spiralizer is fantastic.
The product requires a wide mouth jar ring (any that you may already have should work beautifully! We also sell these in our shop) to attach the Spiralizer to the jar and hold it in place.
One of our images shows the assembly - you will secure everything in place with the ring as the last step to hold the Spiralizer on the jar.
